Senator Elisa Slotkin (D-MI) had a rough time when she tried to confront Secretary of War Pete Hegseth and ended up being completely shut down by him in front of the entire nation. The Secretary of War exposed the truth about the armed forces and his efforts to improve them.
It all started with Senator Slotkin’s strange attempt to get Hegseth to comment on her wild theories about the future. She brought up the President’s statements about rigged elections and voter rolls, trying to paint a grim picture of what could happen in 2026. She then questioned Hegseth about deploying the military to seize ballots, despite the fact that it has never happened before.
After a back-and-forth exchange, Hegseth called out Senator Slotkin’s tactics and refused to entertain her hypothetical scenarios. He made it clear that he would not engage in any illegal activities, no matter who asked him to do so.
